Return and Exchange Policy
1.Customers can return or exchange their order within 7 days of the order delivery
2. Your order will be picked up within 2-3 working days of raised request by our courier partner
3. Prepaid order refunds are processed to the original payment method or Store Credit; COD orders to bank account or Store Credit
4. Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used on your next purchase.
5. Refund will be processed within 3-4 days once the products get validated
6. Exchange order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of product pickup.
7. Do not accept the package if damaged or tempered
8. In case you receive missing product/wrong product/damaged product, share the unpackaging video within 24 hours of delivery via mail
9. No Reverse Shipment Handling fee will be applicable
10. Shipping and COD Charges charged at time of Order Placement is Non Refundable
11. For hygiene, items such as innerwear are non-returnable
12. All products must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact
13. If reverse pickup service is unavailable at your location, you can ship the product to our warehouse address provided below. Courier charges up to ₹100 will be reimbursed

14. Incorrect bank details will delay the refund; if no correct details are provided within 7 days, the refund will be sent to your Store Credit
