From our store to your home — here’s how we handle shipping

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours

  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via Email and WhatsApp

Shipping Charges

  • ₹39 shipping fee on orders up to ₹999

  • ₹49 for  all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

     

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery is expected within 3–4 business days after dispatch

  • While we aim to deliver within the promised time, occasional delays may happen due to:

    • Weather conditions

    • Public holidays

    • Courier or logistics disruptions

Important: Damaged or Tampered Packages

  •  If you receive a package that is open or tampered with, please:

    • Do not accept the delivery

    • Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order by sending us an email at info@dillinger.in
